NoCFO App – mobile app

NoCFO has a mobile app that lets you do your bookkeeping from your phone. With the app you can photograph receipts straight into your bookkeeping, process transaction drafts by swiping, and chat with the AI chat.

Bookkeeping with the mobile app

1. Connect your bank account

Add a bank connection in the app, and transactions are fetched into your bookkeeping automatically, with the AI suggesting the postings.

2. Process transaction drafts

Each bank transaction appears as a card that you can handle by swiping:

• Approve by swiping right

• Handle later by swiping left

• Edit by tapping the card

If it's a recurring entry and you want to automate it going forward, create an automation rule directly from the card:

• iOS: swipe down

• Android: tap the top-left corner of the card

Other features

Photographing receipts — photograph a receipt directly in the app and it's automatically matched to the right bank transaction. You can create your own folders for receipts to keep things organized.

AI Chat — you can ask bookkeeping and tax questions directly in the app's AI chat.

Customer support — you can send a message to NoCFO's customer support directly through the app.
