Your companies – company overview
Last updated About 1 month ago
Your companies is the landing page where you see every company added to your NoCFO account as a list. You can get here by clicking the company name in the top left and then the expand icon, or directly at app.nocfo.io/start.
This view is especially useful if you manage more than one company (for example as an accounting firm) — you get an overview of all your client companies at a glance.
Searching for a company
The search field lets you search companies by name.
Filtering
The Filter button lets you narrow the list to only companies that have:
VAT due within 7 days
Automation below 70%
Overdue invoices
Columns shown
The Columns button lets you choose which information is shown in the list. The Company column (name, business ID and company form) is always visible. The other 16 columns are grouped into five categories:
Recommended
Automation rate — the share of recent bookkeeping handled by automation rules (best of the last 30- and 90-day periods); unprocessed drafts lower the score
Next due date — the next VAT filing or financial statement deadline
Drafts — vouchers awaiting finishing touches
Vouchers / month — vouchers recorded this month
Vouchers / year — vouchers recorded this calendar year
Invoicing
Sales invoices — sales invoices sent this month and their total
Purchase invoices — purchase invoices received this month and their total
Open invoices — sales invoices currently awaiting payment
Overdue invoices — sales invoices currently overdue
Overdue purchase invoices — unpaid purchase invoices that are overdue
In collections — invoices sent to debt collection
Efficiency
Time saved — hours saved by automation, based on your measured work pace
Bank
Bank integrations — connected bank and Holvi accounts
Latest bank sync — when the bank connection last fetched transactions
Customer's bank — the banks through which the company's accounts are connected
Luca AI
Luca vouchers — vouchers created or recorded by Luca
Your selections are saved automatically to your user profile.
Sorting columns
Click a column header to sort the company list by that column.
Demo company
The Start demo button lets you try the service with a full demo company without adding your own company. In the demo, bookkeeping, vouchers, and sales invoices are available, but payroll is not. You can choose to start with sample data (ready-made vouchers, invoices, and reports so you can immediately see what active bookkeeping looks like) or empty (you record entries yourself with your own numbers).
The demo is for testing only — don't save real vouchers there, and old demo companies are periodically removed from the service.
Adding a new company
The New company button lets you add your own company.
