Authorizing an OP bank connection

Authorizing OP

With OP, using NoCFO's transaction retrieval requires adding a separate access right to the company's account. If NoCFO shows a notice that transaction retrieval requires additional access, do this:

1. Add the access right in OP

Contact OP customer service, either via a web message in OP's online bank or by phone at 0100 05151. Ask them to add Account Information Service (AIS) access to your company's account, which allows NoCFO to retrieve transactions.

2. Authorize NoCFO

Once the access right has been added at OP, go to connecting your OP account in NoCFO. You'll be directed to OP's strong authentication, after which you approve NoCFO as an external service provider and select the accounts. After this, automatic transaction retrieval works normally.
