Importing contacts via CSV

Last updated 17 days ago

If you have a lot of contacts, you can import them all at once from a CSV file instead of adding them one by one. This is handy, for example, when you're switching from another system to NoCFO.

Download a ready-made CSV template here: Google Drive

Import instructions

1. Fill in the template and save it as CSV

Open the downloaded template and fill in the contact details. Before saving, make sure the file is in CSV format.

2. Import the file into NoCFO

Go to the Contacts tab, click the arrow next to the "New contact" button, and select "Import from CSV file".

3. Check the field mapping

NoCFO automatically recognizes the CSV headers and matches them to the correct fields. Check that the mapping looks correct.

4. Review the rows and import

You can browse through the rows to be imported before importing. Once everything looks good, start the import. After a successful import, the contacts will appear in the contact list.
